UFC 127 fight event was another entertaining night of MMA. UFC 127 took place at the Acer Arena in Sydney Australia on Feb 26. The fight event featured a few upsets, and ended with a decision that might have upset some MMA fans. Here are the results for UFC 127 fights.

BJ Penn draws Jon Fitch

BJ Penn looked really sharp in the first round. Penn landed a few shots and surprised Jon Fitch with a couple of takedowns. Fitch looked better in the second round getting a few takedowns of his own. BJ managed to land a few punches as well, in what turned out to be a close second round. In the third round Fitch looked solid, taking BJ to the ground and grinding him out. The fight ends with Fitch controlling BJ, in what looks like a Jon Fitch win. The official results are read and the fight is declared a draw.

Michael Bisping defeats Jorge Rivera

Bisping and Rivera didn't seem like they liked each other very much before the fight. Both men landed decent shots in the first round. The second round seemed to be going Rivera's way until a solid right dropped Rivera. Bisping continues with a barrage of punches and the fight is officially stopped at the 1:54 mark of the second round.

Dennis Siver defeats George Sotiropoulos

Siver came out strong in the first round and shocked George with his striking. George regrouped in the second pound, and made the right adjustments to deal with Siver's striking. He rocked Silver a few times and managed to steal the round. Unfortunately for George, he wasn't able to duplicate his success in the third round, and ended up losing the unanimous decision.

Brian Ebersole defeats Chris Lytle

Brian Ebersole looked good in his UFC debut, going back and forth with the well tested MMA veteran Chris Lytle for three rounds. He managed to squeeze out the unanimous decision in his first UFC victory.

Kyle Noke defeats Chris Camozzi

Both men exchange a few punches before Noke gets Camozzi on the ground. He pounds him from mount until Camozzi gives up his back. Noke secures the rear-naked choke and ends the fight in the very first round.
