Floyd Mayweather, Jose Harris, and Baby Mamas Turning Kids Against their Fathers

Jose Harris still has some unfinished business with Floyd Mayweather. Despite the fact the latest altercation between the two — which occurred over two years ago – ended with boxing’s pound-for-pound king serving a 90-day sentence at the Clarke County Detention Center for domestic violence, Mayweather’s three-peat baby mama still has some scores to settle.

Harris opened up like never before during a recent interview with USA Today, detailing the events that led to Mayweather’s jail stint. The details certainly didn’t paint Floyd in a positive light, but the interview didn’t review anything we already didn’t know: Floyd Mayweather can certainly use a lesson or two when it comes to dealing with women. That’s why he went to jail in the first place.

The interview did reveal a lot about who Jose Harris is. Let’s just say she fits the baby mama stereotype.

Given the details of what allegedly happened (even if you only believe a quarter of it); Jose Harris certainly has every right to hate Floyd’s guts.

However, the most troubling part of her interview was when she delivered her son, Koraun Mayweather to USA Today reporters who were all too eager to exploit a child for a catchy headline. According to USA Today, Koran called his father “a coward.”

Hard not to feel bad for a child being exploited by a mother who is too ignorant and selfish to notice the damage being done. That’s the type of woman Floyd Mayweather has eyes for though, the very type of woman the average American guy likely wouldn’t even be interested in having sex with.

That seems to be a recurring theme with Floyd Mayweather.

From his current legal battles with ex-fiancé Shantel Jackson, to the ghost of past misdeeds now coming back to haunt him, Mayweather just can’t seem to get a break when it comes to his women. Despite the fact a guy with his status has access to beautiful women who have lots to offer, “Money” continues to surround himself with stripper types who are perfectly happy when they’re with him, then all too willing to exploit his fame — generally in a negative manner –for monetary gain when the relationship breaks down.

Since Mayweather is public enemy #1 when it comes to sports, of course the media is always going to be all too eager to play along. Supposedly reputable outlets like USA Today are willing to ignore how morally bankrupt it is to exploit a child for a story, especially when the intent is to write negative content about the child’s father with whatever information is gathered. That speaks volumes about how low Mayweather’s critics are willing to stoop.

Mayweather doesn’t get to sit around and blame the media on this one though, it’s not their fault, it’s his fault for having lousy taste in women. That’s the lesson of the day here boys and girls, pick better people to procreate with and your life will be a lot easier.

A common saying comes to mind, “sleep with dogs and you might wake up with fleas.”
